                                                                                                                                        George Martin’s Grillfire in Merrick is available for private parties on Saturday and Sunday from 11:30-3:30 for seventy to one hundred twenty guests. Smaller parties are asked to call the restaurant for more information.

George Martin’s Grillfire in Long Beach is available for private parties during the day for fifty to one hundred fifty guests. Host your private part in our wine room during the evening, for up to twenty-five guests. Please see our catering menu for selections.
