A couple of months ago, we supported a fundraiser for our dear friend and Executive Chef Charlie Dean Jr. at the Hope for Charlie Dean Fundraiser Event in Long Beach. 

 Charlie Dean was the Head Chef at the George Martin Group since 1996. He passed away on November 26, 2011. Charlie leaves behind a wife and four children.

 Everyone here at the George Martin Group will miss Charlie dearly.

Please keep him and the Dean Family in your thoughts this Holiday Season.

It’s  George Martin’s Grillfire RVC's 5^th annual Guest Bartender Contest going on now!

Every Thursday throughout the winter, people can sign up to guest bartend (alongside the regular Thursday night bartender) starting at 9pm. Whoever brings in the most money in a single night at the end of the competition will win $500! And, don’t forget about the tips you get to keep!

Come and eat with us for appetizers, lunch, dinner, or just drinks! Don’t forget to try our Spinach and Artichoke Tip, while at the bar or sitting at the table. The appetizer comes with tortillas, sour cream and salsa for $12.

A few others that are “must’s” on the menu: the Homemade Macaroni & Cheese topped with toasted herb crumbs for $15; The Seared Tuna Wrap, salsa, black beans, avocado, baby greens & wasabi Mayo $16; and the Slow-Roasted Double Cut Pork Chop features a maple glaze with caramelized apples and sweet potato wedges for $20.
