Don't miss George Martin's Strip Steak's Five-Course Maker's Mark Dinner on Tuesday, February 21st starting at 6:30pm. Reservations are required so be sure to call in advance!
The evening will start with Hickory Smoked Salmon with cabbage slaw and a Maker's Mark Whiskey Sour, followed by Lamb Chops with Yukon Potato cake, english pea puree and mint butter alongside The Big Texan, a Bourbon & Grapefruit Cocktail.
The third course consists of Blonde Stew with squares of chicken, onions, carrots, celery, potato and consomme with an Innis & Gunn, Scottish, followed by Filet Mignon as the fourth course with applewood bacon wrapped, smoked Gouda dust, wilted spinach, potato straws and gastrique with a Maker's 46 Manhattan.
Last but not least, the meal is completed with Rustic Bread Pudding with liquid nitrogen vanilla-black pepper ice cream and a Vanilla Old Fashioned.
