If you’re looking for the perfect place to take that special someone for a Valentine’s Day celebration, look no further than George Martin The Original and George Martin’s Grillfire locations! 

George Martin The Original is featuring a special Valentine’s Prix-Fixe Classic Sampler now through Tuesday, February 14^th. For $75 per person, you and your loved one can enjoy:

George Martin Champagne “Cocktail” with Fragoli Liqueur and Fresh Strawberries and a Toasted Almond Crusted Brie & Baby Greens Salad with roasted grapes, applewood smoked bacon, grissini sticks and sherry vinaigrette as an appetizer. Then move on to a GM Sampler with Filet Mignon, Brazilian Lobster Tail, Trio of Shrimp Scampi, Port Wine Demi, Drawn Butter and Lemon Garlic sauce. To cap the night, indulge in the famous George Martin Brownie Sundae with Vanilla Haagen-Dazs, Chocolate Ganache, Whipped Cream, M&M’s and Caramel accompanied by a cup of coffee or tea. 

George Martin The Original will also be featuring a Special Valentine’s Day Menu on Tuesday, February 14^th. 

If you’re in the Maryland area, be sure to dine at Grillfire Arundel for a Valentine’s 4-Course Prix-Fixe dinner for two, available now through Tuesday, February 14^th. 

For $39.95 per person, you can enjoy your choice of salad, Caesar Salad or the Signature Chopped Salad and your choice of Chili Pop Shrimp, Fresh Mozzarella & Tomato or Spinach & Artichoke Fondue. Then, fill up on Sliced Chateaubriand, a 16oz, sliced Filet Mignon with roasted mushroom veal jus, creamed spinach and mashed potatoes. Save some room for dessert because your meal includes fresh strawberries, warm chocolate ganache and garnish of assorted toppings! 

A special A La Carte menu will be available on Valentine’s Day for Grillfire Arundel diners.
