George Martin's Strip Steak located in Great River, NY is an intimate steakhouse that offers savory dry-aged steaks as well as a full menu of chops, seafood and house specialties, all sure to be palate pleasers! Join us for dinner, host a party in one of our private dining rooms or simply enjoy a cocktail at the bar. Strip Steak serves dinner seven nights a week and is available for private parties during the day.

This Friday July 15th, 2011 George Martin's Strip Steak will have live music at 7pm. Strip Steak will be featuring local Pianist, Garret.

This Saturday July 16th, 2011 Strip Steak will be in full support of the Long Island Philharmonic playing at the Heckscher State Park. The show start's at 8pm at Heckscher State Park. In dedication to salute our veterans, there will be a firework show. Strip Steak will be extending our Happy Hour on Saturday for this event. Happy Hour will begin Pre-show from 5pm-8pm and then post show from 10pm-12am.

On Saturday evening, July 16th, 2011 the Islip Arts Council turns Hecksher State Park in East Islip, Long Island into a giant "Concert Hall." The Salute, in honor of our returning Veterans and those serving in Iraq and Afghanistan, features the Long Island Philharmonic. The event is capped by a spectacular fireworks display.

This is a free event for everyone made possible through the generosity of businesses, individual, foundations and government entities.
