Strip Steak’s $40 Three-Course Signature Dinner is back until Wednesday, January 25th!
Choose from the following three appetizers, four entrees and two desserts:
Appetizers:
- Chef’s Daily Soup
- Market Risotto
- George Martin’s Chopped Salad with red leaf romaine, radicchio, sweet corn, roasted red peppers, golden raisins, candied walnuts, fresh mozzarella and your choice of balsamic vinaigrette, creamy herb or bleu cheese dressing
Entrees:
- Crispy Duck with pecan brown rice, grilled asparagus and mandarin orange sauce
- Wild Salmon with sautéed white beans, spinach and tomato coulis
- Fresh Breast of Chicken with organic mushrooms, garlic whipped potatoes and sherry demi-glace
- Pork Chop with sweet potato hash, buttered parsnips and apple brandy sauce
Dessert:
- Cheesecake Brulee with caramel and whipped cream
