Don’t miss Strip Steak’s Four-Course Craft Beer Dinner on Wednesday, February 8th starting at 6:30pm for $55 per person.
The night will start off with Wittekerke, Belgium Beer complimented by Red & Green Cabbage Slaw. The slaw consists of poached pulled chicken, smoked bacon lardons, slated pickled cucumbers, Innis & Gunn vinaigrette and bar snack powder- delicious!
The second course features Palm Ale, Belgium Beer with Wild Salmon. The salmon is prepared in pretzel crust with shaved asparagus and pommery mustard caramel.
Gulden Draak, Belgium Beer kicks off the third course alongside Beef Short Ribs with roasted root vegetables, parsnip puree and taro root chips.
Don’t forget to leave room for dessert! The final course comprises Boon Kriek, Lambic Beer with a Belgium Chocolate Cupcake prepared with chocolate crème anglaise, cherry reduction and fresh cream.
