Additionally, Strip Steak is offering its famous three course signature dinner from today, December 5^th through Wednesday, December 7^th.  

Choose from three appetizer choices: the Chef’s Daily Soup; Market Risotto or the GM Chopped Salad which features a bed of red leaf and romaine lettuce, radicchio, sweet corn, roasted red peppers, golden raisins, candied walnuts, fresh mozzarella and your choice of balsamic vinaigrette, creamy herb or bleu cheese dressing. 

Next, indulge in your choice of four meat entrees: a six ounce filet mignon served with stuffed shrimp, crispy onions and a merlot demi glace; a twelve ounce filet mignon cooked to your liking with crispy onions and a merlot demi glace; a twenty ounce New York strip steak, with crispy onion in a merlot demi glace; or the porter house for two sliced with crispy onion and paired with Steak House Cabernet Sauvignon, Columbia Valley 2009. All entrees are served with parmesan roasted garlic mashed potatoes and creamed spinach. 

You can also add a style to your filet mignon or New York strip including Oscar style, bleu cheese crust or au poivre. 

Finally, top off a delicious meal with decadency with your choice of homemade cheesecake or liquid nitrogen ice cream.
