There are promotions being offered every night of the week at George Martin's Grillfire RVC.

 

Monday's feature "Monday Night Meal Deal", with a three-course price fix menu for $16.95.  All tables will also receive a Monday Night Mystery Envelope containing a mystery prize that can be revealed and redeemed the next time you dine at Grillfire RVC.

 

Tuesday Night is "Raffle Night" at Grillfire, RVC. Receive a raffle ticket and be entered into a drawing to receive a prize, such as a free meal, drink, dessert, etc.  There are multiple drawings every Tuesday night with lots of winners!

 

Wednesday's are Ladies Night.  Ladies can order off of our special three-course price fix menu, and receive a free drink for only $19.95!  Each additional drink is only $5.

 

Thursday Night is our Guest Bartender contest.  Sign up, bring as many friends possible, and have a shot at winning the $500 grand prize!

Choose from the following three appetizers, four entrees and two desserts:

Appetizers:

• Chef’s Daily Soup

• Market Risotto

• George Martin’s Chopped Salad with red leaf romaine, radicchio, sweet corn, roasted red peppers, golden raisins, candied walnuts, fresh mozzarella and your choice of balsamic vinaigrette, creamy herb or bleu cheese dressing

Entrees:

• Crispy Duck with pecan brown rice, grilled asparagus and mandarin orange sauce

Don’t miss Strip Steak’s Four-Course Craft Beer Dinner on Wednesday, February 8^th starting at 6:30pm for $55 per person.  

The night will start off with Wittekerke, Belgium Beer complimented by Red & Green Cabbage Slaw. The slaw consists of poached pulled chicken, smoked bacon lardons, slated pickled cucumbers, Innis & Gunn vinaigrette and bar snack powder- delicious!

The second course features Palm Ale, Belgium Beer with Wild Salmon. The salmon is prepared in pretzel crust with shaved asparagus and pommery mustard caramel. 

Gulden Draak, Belgium Beer kicks off the third course alongside Beef Short Ribs with roasted root vegetables, parsnip puree and taro root chips. 

Don’t forget to leave room for dessert! The final course comprises Boon Kriek, Lambic Beer with a Belgium Chocolate Cupcake prepared with chocolate crème anglaise, cherry reduction and fresh cream.
